Pricing

Priced by account, not by statement.

Pick the number of accounts you are done visiting by hand. Every statement inside that number is fetched, filed, and converted, with the balances your close actually needs. Seats for your accountant are free.

What the price includes.

No per-statement charges

Every tier is a flat monthly price for a number of connected accounts. Fetch twelve months of history on day one, then a statement a month after that, and the invoice does not move.

Your accountant does not pay

Invite your bookkeeper or your firm as a reader on any paid tier. They browse the archive, download every PDF and CSV, and export the lot as a ZIP. They never see your credentials and cannot start a fetch. Their seat is free.

An account is a login, not a balance

One Citibank login that fronts six accounts counts as one. That is how the portals are shaped, so that is how we count. If a login turns out to hold more than we expected, we do not quietly reprice you.

Re-conversion is always free

Re-converting an archived statement to a QuickBooks-ready CSV costs nothing, on every tier, as many times as your accountant asks. The PDF is the record; the CSV is just a view of it.

Accountants resell at 25% off

Firms closing books for several clients buy at a standing 25% discount and bill their clients however they like. It is not a referral fee that expires — it is your price, for as long as you are a customer.

Month to month

No annual commitment on Personal, Starter, or Growth. Cancel from the billing page and the archive stays yours to export.

More than twenty-five accounts?

Then you are the reason we built this, and a pricing page is the wrong place to work it out. Tell us how many entities you close, which institutions they sit in, and how many hours a month go into collecting the paperwork. We will quote against that.

Try it on the account you dread most.

Personal is free for the first month. Connect one login, fetch a year of statements, and check the balances against your books.
